Minimally invasive – Radiology X Therapy.
Introduction:
Minimally invasive procedures performed by interventional radiologists are a good alternative to major surgery in many cases. Shorter hospital stays, a quick recovery time and a low complication rate characterize these therapies.
It is my concern to work with patients in a detailed consultation to find the optimal treatment for their conditions.
I also offer ultrasound examinations and second opinions on imaging examinations in the surgery
Languages spoken: German, English, French
The respective procedures are performed at the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine of the Hospital of the Brothers of Mercy Vienna.

o Microwave ablation or radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors (sclerotherapy of tumors by application of heat)
o Chemoembolization (TACE) and radioembolization (SIRT) of liver tumors and metastases
o CT- or ultrasound-targeted material or sample removal from tumors, lymph nodes or inflammations
- Therapy for vascular problems
